For your first service (only $100 initial membership fee), we'll conduct a comprehensive assessment of your property, and work with you to form a plan to address all code enforcement checklist items. We'll take care of all routine yard work, ensuring the yard is in top shape and free of any potential violations.  Additional items, such as tree or shrubbery removal, graffiti, or other larger projects will be presented with a cost estimate for resolution.  Our team will also handle trash pickup and maintain your yard to keep it looking its best.

Additionally, we'll provide insights on any potential citations that might arise and offer recommendations for proactive measures. Our goal is to ensure your property not only meets but exceeds all standards, giving you peace of mind and a well-maintained environment.

All our Hamtramck Lawn Care Package services include:

• • • Mowing and collecting grass clippings into bags

    • Disposing of grass clippings bags

    • Cutting weeds

    • Applying weed killer alone the fence lines

    • Trash pickup (front yard & back yard, plus 2 feet into the street and half the alley)

    • Trash can placement for pickup and return

    • Checking for potential Code Enforcement violations (yard-related)

• All these services are included in our monthly package services. It is a comprehensive package that covers essential lawn maintenance tasks.

PACKAGE PLANS:

Basic:

       Package 1: $150/month. Monthly lawn care services (once a month)

Best Value:

       Package 2: $200/month. Bi-Monthly lawn care service (twice a month)

Premium:

       Package 3: $250/month. Bi-Monthly PREMIUM lawn care service (twice a month) plus weekly trash pickup and trash can placement for pickup and return.

Premium Plus:

       Package 4: $399/month. PREMIUM Plus Weekly lawn care service (every week service, plus coverage for fines). If you receive fines under our care, we will pay for your fines*!

PLEASE NOTE:

All our packages are available with a minimum contract duration of 3 months, and we offer flexibility with discounted contract lengths of 6 months or 12 months as well.  Please inquire for pricing of our extended rate packages.
